I ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza, a meatball sub (that was burnt, as noted in picture) and a garden salad. Upon delivery I did not receive my garden salad. The delivery person said that they didn’t send it with him and that he would tell them to credit back my card when he went back to the restaurant. ( I feel that it is the delivery driver’s responsibility to make sure they have everything in the order before leavening. And that was not the way to go about it. He should’ve asked me if I still wanted the salad and brought it to me) And they didn’t credit back my card and I was charged the full amount. So I called the restaurant and they wanted to give me a credit for in-store. That credit can’t be used for delivery, which is the only way I order from them and it can only be used for dine in purchase or carry out. I didn’t receive my item so I wanted, the money credited back to my card. The manager, assistant manager, or shift leader. Whatever she is. Didn’t know how to do it and she actually charged my card again instead of crediting back my money. I called back and she said that she didn’t know how to do it, so she would have to have the manager do it when they come in the next day. Completely unacceptable. You should not have someone in charge if they don’t know what they are doing. Read moreMessed up our order!!! 😖 We were not told that delivery would be thru Door Dash. And it took forever. After a looooong wait (over an hour) we finally received our items. We got the correct salad, but an entirely wrong pizza. Correct receipt was taped to the box so we’re not sure who’s to blame, the store itself or DD driver. Hubby had to call the store and wait on hold several times to see what they could do. He ended up having to go to the store IN PERSON to pickup a new / fresh pizza. What’s the point of ordering and paying for delivery, if we had to wait a long time and then the items we received are incorrect? Then it takes even longer to go retrieve the correct item in person.
