Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Harrison Township

Where do I even start. First off I am only giving a 1 star cuz I have too cuz it would be a zero star. I placed an order online. The tracker said it was ready,but getting there was another story. We pull up to the window about 5 ppl in there 1 which was walking around with no apron on just his normal clothes and a backpack on. Who know's if he even works there or just a friend of the employees. Someone let's out a huge sneeze and not to mention with covid no one in there wears a mask. Not 1 person acknowledged us they kept looking at us but didn't come to the window for at least 10 mins. Then ask our name then comes back and says our pizza was never made. It will be 7 mins. Well it was about 15 mins later. In the meantime watching them in there. Everyone on there cell phones. Don't wash there hands and go back to making food. Now no one wears gloves. The guy cutting the pizza's has his belly hanging in them. This place is just so nasty. I would never go there again. I don't care how hungry I am. Never once were we offered a discount or anything and had to wait an extra 30...

I was recommended to try a new specially Pizza. So I gave it a shot and ordered it online. I arrived at the store at the approximate estimated pick up time. When I arrive to the drive-up window I was informed that my order would be additional 20 minutes. So I waited in the parking lot as instructed and was told my order would be walked out to me. 40 minutes later my order was not walked out to me, so I drove back to the window and received my order at no cost. After observing the condition of the order I returned it and was not interested in consuming it. Especially after witnessing an employee vaping inside of the store. So I was pretty turned off from that. I notified the manager that her employee was vaping inside the store and possibly contaminating all the food and exposing all the people inside that building to any type of secondhand transmission (covid, cold/flu) exposure from the vapors. I typically would never even waste my time with writing a extensive review . Especially over a subpar Pizza chain, but I think it's warranted to tell the community about...

I went online and ordered the new Cheeseburger pizza on thin crust. Got it home and the crust on the outer edges all the way around was burnt to a crisp. I called in and complained. The lady that answered the phone said I can give you a credit on the pizza to your account. I said that would be good thank you. She asked for the last 4 digits of the phone number and the name. I gave her what she needed. At the end before we hung up she said you are all set with the credit and I hope you have a nice evening. So I had my daughter call in just a bit ago to cash in that credit and to my surprise there was no credit. So I call in and Gabriel, the manager, answers and I told him about yesterday and his response was....I am sorry I was the manager on duty yesterday and there is no credit on your account so I can't help you. So to make a long story short. Gabriel doesn't care that his employee said one thing and did another and also he can't, as a MANAGER, do anything about it. Worse case people I know.
