Joe's Pizza — Restaurant in Harrison Township

First off, I love the pizza at Joe's and rate that 5 stars. The reason for the 3 stars is the customer service. Not just once, but several times I've had a problem with them making mistakes and the owner not even offering an apology for the mistake. Every time you order, they say it will be ready in 10 mins, which is impossible, and never true. Once I arrived to pick up my order, and it couldn't be found, the owner even telling me I must have called another location by mistake. I showed him my phone log proving that wasn't the case. I sat and waited while my order was then made, when done still no sorry about mix up, or offer to discount. I was upset, and stayed away for a while, ordering from others instead. I eventually came back because I really did like Joe's pizza better. After that, there were two more times that there was a mix up and part of my order wasn't ready when I arrived.
