As you pull up to the drive thru line there is a sign that clearly advertises "2 cheeseburgers, 2 medium fries, and a 20 piece nugget for $9.99". It is called something like the "cheeseburger bundle deal" or something along those lines. So, when I pulled up to the speaker to order I proceeded to order it, and they asked me if I meant the $3.00 bundles that they have. I said no, and told them that the deal on the sign says they have a bundle for 2 cheeseburgers, 2 medium fries, and a 20 piece nugget for $9.99, and they sounded confused and said that might have been an old deal, but they didn't have that anymore. Really? You still have it advertised on the sign in the drive thru! How hard is it to either 1) train your employees to know the deals you currently have or 2) take down the sign with the false advertising if you don't have that deal. This place is such a joke. It has been going down hill for years. It seems like the employees have the hardest time getting your order correct. You either have to repeat several times what you would like, and check it again at the window, or you are very likely to have your order messed up. Read moreThe adults that run the store do great but when evening time hits and the teenagers begin managing the restaurant by themselves the quality of food and service goes out the window. During the morning and afternoon you get good service and decent food. During dinner hours when the Harrison High schoolers are managing the restaurant the manager is downright unprofessional and WILL LIE TO YOU TO AVOID SERVING YOU. We couldn't pick up our mobile order since they were closed early, so I called the store to get a refund. She used the excuse "our system is down and we don't control when it turns off" as a reason for not being able to give me a refund, even though it was 9:50 when I called and the store closes at 10:00. Then when I asked for the managers name (which is not only on name tags but printed on receipts at McDonald's) they refused and claimed it was for safety reasons. This means not only can I not get a refund until the next day, but also the manager clearly tried to cover herself and her decision to close nearly 15 minutes early, and claimed she had no control over the situation. The woman working the register made comments "I don't understand how these people want to eat when it's so hot, and it's almost 4 and there's gonna be more people in here breathing and making it hotter!" She was throwing fries in the bag as she was saying all this. It took my husband 20 minutes to get 1 happy meal, 2 cheeseburgers with medium fries and 2 drinks! I don't have that kind of time to waste and neither does my husband! I called and complained to the manager and actions need to be taken with this girl! I personally won't be back and plan on letting everyone know the kind of service they have there. The girl needs to be fired maybe she won't have the money to pay for her electric and won't have air conditioner and she'll actually appreciate working. Another guy was behind him and made the comment that if I was the manager she would be fired! He's not the only one that experienced her nasty attitude.
