Burger King — Restaurant in Harrison

I got the this burger king and order two double whoppers with cheese no ketchup it comes out to 20$. I get home and realize they forgot the lettuce and pickles, so I proceed to call and they wrote my name down and told me to come get my order whenever I can.

The next day I go to bk around lunch I tell them what happened and told them how I want the meal again "two double whoppers with cheese no ketchup". They first question me if I actually ordered double whoppers and not just whoppers, I said "yes" and he looked skeptical and said alright then. He asks again how I want them I told him again how I wanted them, he asked for a 3rd time if I wanted cheese on those I said yes. I hear the lady manger yell at the crew "just make two double whoppers!" I had a bad feeling at this point cause my whoppers needed cheese and no ketchup.

I pull away thinking there is no way they'd mess up a messed up order,I pulled forward and checked...low and behold they did! There was ketchup and no cheese. With how I was treated by the messed up order I felt as if I couldn't tell them they messed up again. I scraped the ketchup off and lived with out the cheese. Man I know it's only a fast food burger joint, but it doesn't taste too bad I always did like them flame-broiled burgers, it one thing's for sure you know they're made in the United States and the beef is not coming from England, but I have to say it is an English based business all right that's about that we're talkin about beef, the french fries are pretty good but you know not as good as their neighbors french fries, but I'm pretty hard to please I'm French fries I got to have fresh hot and ready to go I don't care much for sat around for a few minutes so I'm tough on that one, but all in all I'll be glad to go pull up in there any day Skip five of their hamburgers for myself some of their French fries because Burger King in their beef blows McDonald's out of the water, that's all I got to...

Ordered 2 whoppers 1 w/o mayo & one ketchup only. BOTH had everything on them including mayo & BOTH were marked correctly on the wrapper but when you opened wrapper had lettuce tomato onion pickle and mayo. The guy making the whoppers glared at me when I took the whopper with mayo back. The other one was for my son at home (30 miles away). The manager handed me the whopper & specifically said ketchup only. I trusted him & didn’t check it. Wasted that whopper. $$ to drive to get it.
