Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Harrison

I placed an order for carry out recently with the North Main location, and they got one of my pizzas completely wrong. I left feedback to let them know, and I received an email from them expressing their apology and adding a $15 credit to my account. I called them this afternoon to request a delivery order and use my credit because I’m currently sick and would rather not make anyone else sick. They said they can’t deliver to my address even though I live five minutes away because I live in the neighborhood behind the hospital. They told me I would have to order from the South Main location and that I could not use my credit there. The first girl who answered the phone sounded like she would rather being doing anything else but work. I asked for a manager that they told me was there, but they said she was too busy to talk to me and gave me to someone else who still sounded like they didn’t care if they did their job well or not. We picked up an order, and again, they ruined my day by making me smile! The lady who brought us our order was funny, outgoing, and a great asset to Pizza Hut. I admire the work ethics and teamwork on coming here. I still will get a shake and fries from time to time. The fries are beginning to taste like the fries I remember... now I'm hungry. Very busy atmosphere with smiles and light banter between each other promotes speaking skills and eye contact promotes sincerity for the way it was when I was young. I really do care about these people and I can always understand those days where you have a hard time smiling. God bless this particular restaurant. I usually LIVE Pizza Hut. But our experience yesterday wasn't very good. I KNOW mistakes can happen trust me !! But when we placed our order and said order was brought to our table. We was told by the waitress that she'd be right back with the rest of our order ( 1 large Supreme Pizza). Well , we watched her and the rest of the team stand up front and talk about it.... She then comes to ask if everything is ok , I ask where the other pizza was and instead of telling us the truth -- that it went out on a delivery, she says , I don't know what happened but they're having to cook another one.
