I really can't believe how ridiculous my interaction at this place was. I walked in and gave the cashier $20 and told him what pump said thanks and walked out. When I got my gas the pump went over about $4. No big deal, until the cashier guy comes running out of the store yelling at me not to take off and that I'm paying for that. Ok...$4 still not a big deal, grabbed money went inside to pay. I was met by a pissed off cashier, he gave some mumbled excuse as to why my pump didn't shut off since I pre-paid and said that I threw the $20 at him? I basically didn't know how to react, paid and left, because I certainly did not throw my money at him, like what? I'm wondering what would have happened had I not had the $4 or had it been more money? He made a mistake and then freaked out, what really made it perfect was while I sat in my car I watched him clear as day through the window reenacting the scene to a coworker acting like he was violently throwing something across the room. Both of these managers show EXTREME favoritism towards a roommate to promote said roommate to a manger over others in the store who are more qualified and have seniority over this brand new employee, they are extremely disrespectful towards staff who have disabilities and even weāre DUMB enough to hold a meeting and tell all staff if you have a disability Iām cutting your hours. What kind of leadership is this for management to treat staff in this way. The rather write up and get rid of staff who are experienced and have the knowledge and keep their roommates on schedule and show that hard work means absolutely nothing to them or anyone above them. They also show favoritism towards other staff and refuse to speak to certain staff about things or make sure they are ACTUALLY receiving the proper training to be able to do their positions correctly. Instead they would rather treat them with extreme disrespect and continue to write them up for things they were not trained on properly which falls on the training managers...

The lady was waiting on a customer and decided that she was going to eat a cracker. She was nice enough to offer her coworker a cracker, in which he declined her offer. Iām assuming because he was busy with customers and didnāt want to eat. The lady, however, didnāt care at all and when it was my turn, she was still eating her cracker and said that she could help me. I stepped up to the counter as she was STILL taking little bites of this cracker! I told the gentleman that I would check out with him instead of her. It was obvious why. Because itās unsanitary to be waiting on customers and handing them change back with your hands all up at your mouth eating!
