Tonight there was male coworker taking my order who needs some serious training. He was already ringing in an order with a total on my screen before I could order. Then he answers, Hello? Not Hi welcome to Sonic can I take you're order or something else like that. I also had to guide him through the ordering process, I wasn't sure if he could speak English either. In the end he says, "hello"? He doesn't repeat my order or give me a total, and yes he heard me. He had everything so messed up with orders that 2 different girls brought the wrong food, not their fault because he was ringing in orders on the wrong screens from different stalls, how is that possible. Even though I was told they were busy, they weren't. Some are Young coworkers with poor training who need to #1 care #2 realize that once clocked in and paid per hour, that it's time to perform a service that represents and complies with the companies Moto or even try. It's very unknown what you are getting into when you accept a delivery request from this location.

Sometimes it's out to you a couple minutes after you arrive and notify the staff, or other times you will wait over 15 minutes on the customers food, which was this time again.

Several other cars pulled up and ordered in the stalls, and even received their food and left in half the time that we waited on a simple 4 item Doordash order that is supposed to take priority over other orders as the customers are paying more for that, so it can get delivered in a short amount of time.

Please get a consistent and knowledgeable person assigned to fulfill Mobile/Doordash orders, this will benefit you as a franchise by reducing orders that have to be re-made due to...

Just about every time we go to the sonic Drive-in at 3572 Highway 65s Harrison Arkansas in Bellefonta.They get something wrong. We ordered a super sonic breakfast Burrito. Which is suppose to have.( Sausage, Egg, Cheese, Tomato, Onion, Jalapenos, Tater tots,) The only thing I did was I ask for baja sauce and of course they left out the tater tots and jalapenos.
