Good Guys Pizza — Restaurant in Harrison

Ordered the natural at the counter waited for it to be cooked picked it up and the lady asked if I had the cheese, I said no the natural. I got a cheese, by this time I didnt have time to wait to have them remake the pizza due to my lunch. The lady with the piercings kept saying I ordered the cheese. I am on a plant based diet which means no cheese. She proceeds to tell me her sister took my order and left a few mins after I ordered. I requested a refund and she had to call her boss to approve the refund. The entire time she was laughing at the situation and degrading me. She even made a point to say her boss agreed with her. When we walked in my brother asked if they had Canadian bacon and pinapple pizza on the buffet. The gentleman responded with Hawaiian? I will make that and bam it was done. I was impressed. Everything was delicious. Employees were friendly and helpful. Pizza kept coming out hot and fresh. Salad bar was done well. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because as the guys were busting out pizzas the girls were slacking. Tables/plates should've been cleared and stocking condiments instead of just standing around. Additionally, there should be a employee no cell phone policy during shift. Otherwise for being a small buffet they are doing a great job. Prices are good. Will definitely get my business again not just buffet but...

The windows were filthy, the floors were filthy, there were 2 guests eating when my husband and I arrived and three visible employees. Two employees were playing with their phones and one was playing with her hair. Without washing her hands she walked over and began to work on the food service counter. Another employee walking around swinging a pair of pliers in the air while listening to phone through ear buds! Biggest lack of concern on the cleanliness or condition of an establishment I have ever seen!
