Our refrigerator recently suffered a critical blow to it's vintage components. Upon calling the highly recommended emergency technicians at Richardson, one of their techs responded immediately and moved us to the top of his list, rushing to our home a meer twenty minutes after the call for help was made. Despite his vain efforts, his CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Refrigerator), just wasn't enough for the aged appliance. He broke us the news that it would be more efficient to shop for a replacement, as well as walking me through the process of what repairing the old one would entail. He was very professional in sending us all the information on models available through their store, as well as sending pics on his own time that same day. Upon driving down to the store, we were immediately greeted by a very friendly and down to Earth salesman who made us feel like we had come to the right place. Within fifteen minutes time we had decided on a new model and within even less time we were out the door and on our way home to await delivery. The delivery truck arrived very quickly, and the install crew was top notch, as our house presented a number of obstacles to make their job all the more difficult. Read moreCalled my husband a lier, which he 100% is not. There was a miscommunication somewhere about the service fee. The stove parts were under warranty. And we just wanted the part as my husband could install himself. We were told there wouldn't be a charge for them to test it to see what part was out. We finally hear back a week later they have the part, it will be 120 to come install it. When he said he just wanted the part. Well then it's well then it's $99 for the service tech who tested it. That was not told to us at any point between either company. If we had known that upfront, we have home owners insurance that weve used many times. We would have just went through them and it would have been cheaper. It was handled absolutely wrong. Its not about paying the tech, but turned into the principle of it after the rudeness we got.Anyone who knows my husband, knows the kind of person he is. But instead of talking to him as a professional. He was called a lier. We were told they would never do business with us. That's fine we didn't choose them to begin with. Read moreSo happy with the washer! I Did 3 loads of laundry Monday night with no issues and probably the fastest my washer has washed a load of laundry since we bought it new almost 3 years ago. We have a matching Samsung washer / dryer top load set and the washer always said unbalanced on spin cycle and progressively got worse over time to the point it took 3 hours to spin 1 load of laundry. We purchased an extended warranty from Lowes when we purchased the set and even that was a nightmare to use because of how Lowes rang the warranty up but once they finally got it figured out and set us up with these wonderful people they were there to look at the washer within a day, ordered parts and installed within 2 more days!
