Wendy's — Restaurant in Harrison

We went at about 9 pm tonight, and there were no other customers. We pull through the drive thru. We get our burger, chicken sandwich, 2 fries and 2 drink and pull away. We got our food in 2 minutes. This made us nervous because it meant NONE of our food was going to be fresh. Right away I grab our fries and eat some and feed my husband some. Right away we notice we are barely warm and we taste NO salt. So we turn around d to go inside and grab salt. My husband goes inside where 2 workers are out on the floor with a broom and mop and they are just talking and laughing. My husband steps between them to grab salt. When he is almost to the door they finally ask if he needs anything, he replies no I'm fine. We drive away. We start trying to eat our now salt covered fries that are already cold in the 5 mins we've had them and we can't choke down half of them. So we start on our sandwiches. My husband got a grease SOAKED baconator. Yes, they are burgers with bacon so they are already greasy, but he had grease BUBBLES in his burger. He couldn't even eat half of it. I went to pick up a Doordash order this morning around 7:45. The door to the lobby was locked. I checked and pulled on it 2x. I went through the drive-thru line, as the app tells us to do. The girl rudely told me I had to go inside. I told her I tried going inside and the door is locked. She told me the door wasn't locked. I let her know I pulled on the door 2x with no luck and needed the order, as well as letting her know I had nreason to lie about the door being locked. She said she wouldn't give it to me through drive-thru. I told her I wasn't going back to the lobby and I needed it through the window. She yelled at me that, "You can just sit there all day then". She finally said with a rude tone, "Fine. I'll go get your order" and got off the speaker. The lady at the window wasn't much friendlier.

I wouldn't lie about the door and I wouldn't go through drive-thru when it's desired that we go inside. Unbelievable, rude, unnecessarily inappropriate service from Harrison Wendy's this morning. Very sad that people are allowed to treat others like that as they represent a...

My Wife (Barbara) and I were traveling through the Harrison, AR area, 2/19/2018. We stopped at Wendy’s, 917 US-62. Walking in the door the manager announced her computers were down and she could only deal in cash. This was not a problem for us at this time. She proceeded to fill orders by calculating cost with her cell phone and recording on a paper tablet. She and her crew never broke stride. They worked through a noon lunch rush. She then walked around the restaurant and double checked with all the customers that they had been served to their satisfaction. This Lady is to be commended, what a team member!! I’ve worked different industries for forty seven years, mostly engineering related functions (retired). I would have loved to have a team member with the drive and dedication that your manager showed in this situation. She should be honored by however Wendy’s corporation would see fit.
