Arby's — Restaurant in Harrisonburg

I give this restaurant chance after chance. I don't come here often but I come to try new sandwiches and stuff. Every time that I do come there I'm disappointed and how the food is prepared. The customer service is okay at least they're not rude. But every time that I come there my curly fries are always cold and every time that I ask for extra sauce on the sandwich it's overdone. I had ordered their new gobbler sandwich and ask for extra of the herb spread for the sandwich. When I got home opened up the bag just to realize that it is dripping all over the place. The bread is completely soggy because it's all inside of the wrapper and inside of the bag. I never have this problem when I go to the Arby's on Carlton but the one that's on John Whalen I always have this issue I give a chance after chance and it's always the same thing happening. I got a double beef and cheddar meal, with curly fries and a medium shake. Surprisingly, the double beef and cheddar appeared smaller than a single, and while I don't know if these sandwiches are weighed or not, I know that in the past at other Arby's locations I've gotten the same sandwich and they appeared to have far more beef. Maybe they've shrank portions since, I'm not sure. The sandwich was also cold unfortunately.

But the problem with this all is the value. My order totaled nearly 15 dollars, and while there's probably deals and promotions to take advantage of that I missed, its still crazy to spend that much for what you get. For comparison, you can get a meal with a double cheeseburger, 4 chicken nuggets, fries, and a frosty for less than half that price. Is Arby's better? Sure. Is it twice the price better? For...

Most nasty, overcooked food I have ever gotten from Arby's. The fries were cold and hard and the brisket sandwich had been sitting around for what looked like days. The cheese literally looked green and the meat was dry and old. Just plain lazy people I guess who didn't want to make fresh food 30 minutes from closing time. I knew what it would be like when I saw which Arby's the food was coming from. This Arby's doesn't have good food like the one on Cantrell.
