I absolutely love this food truck! My daughter and I come here almost weekly for an order of dumplings ! I've only ever gotten steamed, but we have tried the different options of meat choices. The menu is small and simple, but the food definitely packs in flavor and quality. I love the steamed dumplings because there is a texture to it that feels good. You basically get a choice of steamed or pan-fried, and then a choice of pork, chicken, and I believe veggie. The man working there is always so kind and always offers a variety of sauces if you are indecisive/unsure. So far, I've tried the sesame, sweet chili, and one other. Momo Hub blew our expectations out of the water!! The momos we had were excellently cooked. We had chicken, pork, and vegetable momos that were steamed, pan fried, and steamed respectively.
