Burger King — Restaurant in Harrisonville

My wife and I stopped by for a late-night buger the other night. The employee (I think her name was Tracy) was in the middle of working on something when we showed up. She immediately stopped what she was doing and gave us her full attention.

The resturaunt was clean and inviting.

We ordered our food and chatted with her while we waited. She was very nice and helpful, suggesting the pick-two menu which worked perfectly for what we wanted.

The other employee had the food done in a just a few minutes. It was hot, tasty and looked like it was supposed to! These days that is hard to find at a fast food place.

Both employees were super friendly and seemed to be in good moods. Again, hard to find at fast food places, especially that late at night.

We used the drive thru, we were the only car the entire time. We were put on hold at the order screen for more then a couple minutes. When we finally ordered, payed($45 worth), and received our drinks we were told to pull into the parking lot while we wait for our food. The manager seemed stressed, really stressed and she seemed in a hurry.. as we waited in the parking lot we checked the lobby hours and drive thru hours to see if maybe we came just before closing(about 840pm) she locked lobby doors a little over an hour early ?? They weren't busy at all. Two customers tried getting in after the fact and weren't very happy. Finally she put up some sort of sign(white paper on door but couldn't read what it said).. our order was correct even though we ordered 7 combos so that's why I give 2 stars.. I'd give more but we felt like a burden being there and not appreciated to say the very least. Hope...

Should be half a star. Ordered food through the drive through and was told to park. Nobody came for like 25 minutes so I went inside to see a line of people holding receipts. As the 3 people working are trying to gather themselves And get food or refund orders, this worker says in front of everybody “I can’t handle this, I quit.” I was on lunch break so I didn’t have time for this and told them to give me a refund. I hear of peoples bad experiences all the time. This was the last straw for me. Experienced so much bs with this place and this was just the final one. Some of the people they hire Is crazy. No respect for themselves or their workplace. No wonder they have a huge hiring sign outside. How this place is still open is beyond me. Probably the worst restaurant in Harrisonville by a long shot.
