My last 4 visits. 1st I ordered two hotdogs (thinking I was getting what's in the pick). I literally got two hotdogs on the bun no condiments. I call to complain and find out its my fault, I'm supposed to know you have to literally ask for condiments. Lesson learned. The next visit I ask for two hotdogs with ketchup, mustard and onions. My hot day came with so much mustard I couldn't taste anything but mustard. I decided to never ask for mustard again. My next visit I ask for two hotdogs with ketchup and onion. My husband and I ate here today. The food was good but: Why does it have to be so cold in this restaurant? The last time we were here, multiple families are out on the patio but there were no tables left for us. We ate inside and suffered. I should add that I am typically warm instead of cold. Today, I brought a hoodie just in case. After ordering my husband said, 'It is freezing in here. I had the hoodie but he did not so---we ate on the patio. Before going out I searched for a thermostat just to see what temp it was registering but could not find one. Is it a corporate order to run the thermostat this cold or is it just this location? The ice cream dishes are made fairly consistently and always good.
The people are nice much of the time. I have only ran into one rude lady there once. (We all have bad days)
Atmosphere - I have never been inside. Outside has limited parking and tight turns to get into and out of the parking lot, especially for trucks. Could also be lit better.
Overall, I go through the drive-through often and would recommend it to others looking for some decent ice cream and nice people to serve them...
