Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Harrisonville

My daughter invited me and my husband to stop in at Pizza Hut in Harrisonville to help celebrate our grandson’s seventh birthday. Our daughter and her children got there first. She had to seat herself and the children because employees were outside vaping and the employee inside told her she had to finish up the order she was working on. A male employee came over and took her order. In the mean time, a family came in and asked for a table. They got seated and received service. I came in and sat down with my daughter and her children. Shortly after I arrived my daughter’s pizza was delivered by a female. The female or male NEVER came back to check on us. I had to go ask if I could get a drink, which the female did bring out to me. My husband arrived and joined us. NO one came to see if he needed a drink. My daughter ordered a small pizza for her father and it arrived shortly after he got there. The whole time that we were there the other family was checked on several times by the male who I was told was the boss. From the time my daughter and her family got there till the time we left NO Employee checked on our table. We had to ask for silverware and drinks. The two cheese shaker were empty. I placed an online order for some of us at work for lunch. The supreme pizza was delivered on time but it had barely any toppings at all. We were all disappointed. I called the store to speak to a manager and the woman who answered said she was the manager. I told her that our pizza had barely any toppings and we were disappointed. I was polite. She got a hateful attitude with me and told me she saw that pizza and it was fine. I told her that I had never had a pizza with that few of toppings from any Pizza Hut. She then changed her story and said she made it and she had been making pizzas for years. She did offer a credit which I accepted but then she told me that I needed to not order pizza to be delivered at 11:00. I told her our pizza was ordered to be delivered at noon. She said well yours was but someone else from your work keeps ordering pizza to be delivered at 11:00 and you need to tell them to stop. I told her that there are a lot of people that work there and I don’t know who ordered it. She kept going on about it. She was very hateful and rude. I will not be ordering from this...

I placed an order online at around 12 to be picked up at 1. I arrived there at about 1:15 to pick it up even though I hadn't been notified to get it. Turns out my order was not in the system. The manager informed me that the order had been "placed with someone else's phone number" who didn't order the pizza and had the order cancelled. I read them my phone number, which (surprise surprise) matched the number on the order. I don't know if they call people themselves to inform about orders being ready, but you'd think they would make sure they typed the correct number before cancelling the order. The manager had an attitude with me after that, even though clearly I hadn't put in the phone number incorrectly, and made a face when I asked to make a new order with the same stuff. I paid, waited 20 minutes for my food with no complaints, and left with a smile for the teenager that worked at the front (it wasn't her fault I was upset).
