Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Harrisonville

Drive in fast food was delicious and nutritious decades ago 😋 I remember the 1960'S and early 1970'S the once or twice a year my family could afford to eat at my favorites🤗 The Jack in the box and Dog and Suds 😋 It was a treat we all looked forward to 😋 Today if I'm feeling starved while in town I'll stop and get something to put in my stomach that'll be quick 🤔I want to get out of town and home as soon as possible😵 I choose randomly 😁 I am always disappointed when i pay a " Land of milk and honey" price tag 😵 and receive "Third world country" products and services 😯 Meat, Dairy, The Postal service, And everything else redesigned by the Corporate executive scammer's is broken third world country broken😕 All products and services 😯 Most of the time the hostess and host are "Land of milk and honey" I like leaving a "Land of milk and honey" Tip for the only qualities left in fastest food ways these days 🤓 Cheeper means "cheepoundd" products and services the price tags and bills are outrageous 😵 Piles monetary for very few people who then offer "third world country" price tags to third world country's for there "third world country" products and services 😯 Who's getting what they are...

I really can't rate Atmosphere, but the burgers were all over cooked. Burnt edges with a bad taste. By far the worst burger purchased. When a meal costs $15+ (a Double with Onion rings), I expect better. I have gotten better. The grill needs to be cleaned and don't burn the burger over the fear of making it slightly pink. It almost tastes like bad fish.

I have the receipt to prove proof of purchase. And yes it is a waste of time to drive there to get a replacement or some sort of coupon for another meal.

The problem is with the consistency. We need people who actually care about the quality of Workmanship. I know it's not the greatest job but I remember flipping burgers and it did matter to me what went out. Every burger was cooked as best as I could and I cared what Mr and Mrs Smith got.

It's about the Brand and how and what we do do to make it shine.

I went to get the $2.99 American Classic today & ended up only having $2.00 left after giving them $10.00. They didn’t apply the American Classic price & charged me way more than was expected. I also ordered 2 plain small cheeseburgers & messed up the entire screen of my order. I got 2 small cheese burgers for $2.00 Thanks to sonic I wasted my money on food that didn’t even come out right. Not to mention I’ve heard the employees talk in school about how they don’t wear gloves when handling with food, that they mess around in the kitchen causing customers to wait more, & they’ve also said they purposely ruin people’s orders. I don’t plan on going to Sonic in Harrisonville anymore due to messing up my order EVERY time. Normally I don’t post about this kind of stuff but I’m tired of the workers getting away with everything and the place itself basically stealing...
