Tim, Karen and the entire staff at Golden Classics are wonderful! I was still grieving the loss of my husband but knew I wanted to create a new ring. They were so patient and understanding and were able to grasp my vision. I wanted to incorporate my wedding diamond, my mother’s diamonds and also some mine cut diamonds from my great aunt, 6 in total of various sizes. They listened carefully, investigated, offered suggestions, and worked diligently to accomplish all I dreamed. They willing revised until I was perfectly satisfied. The master jewelers they work with custom crafted my ring(actually 3 in one), used the diamonds that meant so much to me and it turned out absolutely gorgeous! I couldn’t be happier. We are so pleased with our experience at Golden Classic Jewelers. My fiancee and I went to a few jewelry stores looking at engagement rings, but this store stood out above and beyond any of the others. The staff we worked with (Karen and Brandy mostly, and the owner Tim, also) were very friendly and knowledgeable, but never pushy. They made us feel very comfortable and stayed with us an hour after closing on two separate occasions as we looked at rings and asked questions. We even met the family Labrador who came out to greet us once! We were particularly impressed that the the staff really supported us in staying within our budget and went to great lengths to find something we would really love in our price point. I called looking for a pretty specific birthday gift, and at the very last minute. They were very helpful and after I had given up because I was being so picky, they called me back with yet another idea which was dead on. Then they engraved it for me and when they realized I was calling from Lee's Summit area, the girl on the phone offered to meet me and deliver it (wrapped and in a gift box) since it was close to closing time and she was headed to dinner in L.S. herself.
