ABC Pizza House — Restaurant in Hartford

My family and I been customers for many years. My sons favorite spot. ABC pizza apparently changed management and it's disappointing how they treat customers. Specially if someone complains that they order is wrong. He is very rude. Example: Late with the orders. I ordered a Cobb Salad that includes feta cheese. So the employer puts mozzarella without asking before delivery or telling customer they ran out of feta cheese. Then I ordered a chicken wrap in which when I received it and opened it it was soggy wrap and vegetables. They said to keep the salad. (said by the staff who took the order.) To then later say they did not say that and wanted to charge the different salad I did not order. I asked to speak to the owner. The staff said ( he was angry and he did not want to talk civilize.) My son and I heard him in the back ground yelling and couzing. I can't believe our favorite spot has come to this. So unprofessional. Then staff said he did not want us calling back with any orders.. Wow!. Who would want to order from a place like this. Specially when we tip well. My 💰 money is valuable. Instead.. you ABC pizza lost loyal customers and will keep losing some more! DISGUSTING/COLD/SOGGY MANAGER WILL YELL AT YOU WHEN YOU COMPLAIN!!!!! I cannot believe my experience.. I ordered delivery (decent wait time) large buffalo chicken pizza and mozz sticks xtra sauce(was advised they were baked not fried) appreciated the heads up but my 3 year old loves them either way (normally). ... Got my food pizza was gross but edible (not wasting $18) (not even real chicken)... So i go to guve my kid her mozz sticks and they are cold soggy with no cheese left in them and sauce was half grease. Called to speak with manager (twice) waited 15 mins for a call back and the manager then proceeded to say if im going to complain about his food he wouldnt just send a small side salad because "i would just call and complain again" (MIND YOU THIS IS MY FIRST TIME EVER CALLING THIS PLACE!)so when i asked him what he planned on doing he said he would refund the money ..i said i just want something for my child to eat he refused to send out anything else . Left from church hungry, me and my friend where hungry. We decided to look to a open place to go and eat. I decided let's go to ABC pizza. Place looks busy, people coming in to pick up their orders. We decided to try their Hawaii pizza . Max wait time was around 15 to 20 min. We decided to eat in and enjoy the pizza . Pizza was good . 4 slices were left and I decided to bring the rest home.
