Stopped in our first time and sandwich was great. Stopped again and same. However you are charged for every side you add on so the price increases. Paid more and got less than Panera. I ordered her homemade lemonade that was so sour. I asked the cashier which assumed Owner/Manager if I could get another beverage and she was rather offended that we didn’t like her lemonade. Apparently I was the only customer complaining and it was selling all day. I stayed kind until she refused to give me a bottle water but wanted to take my drink back and add more sugar or sink water to it. We dropped $50 on 3 sandwiches and the lemonade was $4.50! Let’s do the math maybe a bottle of your Kirkland water probably is $1. It sure was hard to let that one bottle go. She was very offended and told me I needed to buy the water. I’ll say I’ve had way better lemonade from a lemonade stand. We won’t be back, she’s not a kind person. Because of her it’s hard to support small businesses. If you can’t accept criticism on lemonade then you need a lesson on how to treat your customers. Maybe smile a little. If you’re short staffed I...
Read moreThe food was good, but the service was poor. Again, the subs are good and appear to use fresh ingredients. The problem I had was that the "cashier" was very rude. When they told me my total it seemed high so I asked for the reciept. When I reviewed it I saw 9 items on the receipt and I only ordered 8. I went over to the cashier and told her I thought I was charged for something extra because I only ordered 8 items and there were 9 listed (the receipt had no descriptions only dollar values). Immediately she knew what it was and told me that there was an extra charge for the salad dressing I asked for on the side instead of on top. I told her I thought it was unfair and that it didn't state anywhere that you'd be charged extra. Her reply to me was rudely "look I'm just a cashier, I don't make the rules." I told her I get it, but didn't agree with it. She then replied, again with attitude "well if it's that big of a deal to you you can have you 1.50 back." I told her to forget about it, she smirked at me, cocked her head to the side and said "great, have a good day then, bye." Very...
Read moreI will start by saying the food tastes good, and I did enjoy the taste of my order from Angie B's. However, I am disappointed of the fact that their website is misleading. On their website, they portray their wraps to include al these ingredients that they don't. Their wraps come with just the meat and then your choice of a dressing, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. But if you want cheese they charge you $1.50 for a SMALL serving of cheese. I understand inflation and rising costs, but $1.50 for a small amount of cheese??? Especially when the picture on THEIR WEBSITE includes cheese. The wrap already cost $11.10 no sides, no drink. just the wrap. Also no sauce on a Buffalo Chicken Wrap?? Again Misleading and...
