We were really excited to visit Café Brazil Bakery after seeing all the great reviews about how nice and welcoming the staff were. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite.

When we walked in on September 15th around 8 PM, the staff didn’t seem welcoming at all. We had no issue with the fact that they didn’t speak English — we used Google Translate a couple of times and were happy to work with that. But instead of trying to engage with us, they turned their faces away and acted as if they didn’t want to have a conversation.

When I asked about prices for a couple of items, the response was dismissive: “Even if I spoke your language, I wouldn’t be able to tell you prices for all.” I wasn’t asking for all, just a couple. Then, when I tried to ask a follow-up about the flavor of something, they again turned away mid-conversation.

The experience at this place was abysmal. The service lacked warmth, and the food was unfit for consumption. We received rock-hard bread, foul-smelling cheese danishes with mold, and a pizza that was unbearably dry, disgusting, and flavorless I urge you not to visit this establishment. A great home vibe in this bakery the owner is very polite, humble and atentive, the pastries are good the orange cakes, cheese balls are to die for bread and fried food is delicious and the coffey is really good the flavors of the foods are very consistant I have been going there for a few months now and every time they deliver I even got my wife, mother in law hooked on this good food...
