I do not know why Real Art Ways was on my Cinephile radar! I somehow came across the animated short series they were screening and had to check it out! Winnie and Lauren were so responsive and helpful! There's plenty of parking and the building is off the road in a non-congested area which is always nice when you're not in a familiar area and running behind having to deal with finding parking. The facility is great and this is all inclusive (gallery space, concessions, theatre areas, etc.) They also seem to be really good about offering and engaging people with ongoing events etc.. As big-box theaters dwindle and people, post-covid, find convenience watching pretty much everything at home it is so nice to have a place like Real Art Ways to support and go to!
