Choice One Pizza — Restaurant in Hartford

On 6/21/2023 I order for delivery they charged my card 47 dollars. Like 10 minutes after the delivery guy call my son freaking out because they couldn't see the payment so I explained to them that the money was charged in my bank account, he keeps saying to check when I already did and told him the amount that I was charged. So the next day around 5 pm my wife hear I loud bang at our door so I came out already mad because he was knocking hard and when I open the door it was a choice one employee asking me if I call my bank so I git mad and show him my bank account through the app so he could see on his own that the payment went through on my end.. but for my surprise like 2 hours after they changed the amount and my card was charged $58.75 so I call them and the guy that pick up the phone told me he could do nothing that the manager will call me back, the day passes and never received a call. So I call the next day to try to get my money back and when he say he was going to do it they try to charged my card for $11.75 but when I'm not using my card I block it so it denied the transaction and I was in the phone with him and he was telling me that he didn't try to charged me so I send the bank notification and up to this day 7/04/2023 I haven't received the extra money they took from me!! Anyone that buy there and pay with card be careful they over...

I placed an order through Uber eats. Within 2 minutes I cancelled my order because I wasn’t at the location on my Uber eats. I thought I changed locations and ordered again. Then realized my ap didn’t change the location. Both transactions were placed and canceled within 4 minutes.(plus they were the exact same order and canceled). I didn’t check my credit card bc I canceled the order and never got a confirmation of order or prepare order or any of it. Worst case one charge but I was charged for both exactly same orders that I never got.

I would have picked up the orders if I had known I was going to be charged over $70 for food I never got!

Bad customer service...

This Place is nasty. I ordered a large cheese pizza and a cheese burger. The Pizza's cheese had a funky taste like if it was expired and the burger buns where burnt crispy. I called them back and all they did was hanged up on my face.

I stopped ordering their for months. Decided to give it another try and while I was telling them my ordered. The guy on the phone told me that he can't take my order beacuse I called once and never picked up the food. I told him he is mistaken me with someone else. But just as usual being rude. He hanged up on my face. These people have no costumers skills. I feel bad for whoever...
