Campus Pizza — Restaurant in Hartford

I lived in Hartford all my life. Campus pizza for me is a last minute, late night run w/no other options type of place. Either way i hardly ever eat there. But, Its convenient. I’ve never been crazy about their pizza bc the dough always smelled moldy and there were always constant complaints about them not taking the sanitation laws seriously. For the first time i witnessed the owner preparing food with his bare hands while still running around doing other things. I took a closer look at them when he came to the register. His paws was so dirty. They were not clean at all! I’m watching him work… running around, answering phones etc. But, working around the kitchen and prepping food with no gloves on!! Come on dude. Hartford is something else i tell you. That’s disappointing and disgusting!! I was so grossed out and pissed. I had no energy to argue with his aggressive self for my money back. Bc cops would have showed up if i opened my mouth. I just left and threw my food that i went there to pick up.. in the trash. In the past they had RAT issues for a long time. Idk how it is now. But just that still bothers me… i was hoping that things changed with that place. But doesn’t seem like it. Never eating there again! I recommend that you don’t eat there. Great pizza very poor customer service.Ive had 3 + bad experiences dealing with them.My guess is they've been in buisness for so long that the need to keep customers happy or too gain new clients has diminished greatly (as in yeah whatever we dont need your meger buisness,someone else will put up with our rudeness.)The first time i experienced the poor customers service was over a decade ago but can remember like it was yesterday.First my order took over an 1 &1/2...(mind you I reside about a quarter mile from said establishment))then my order was wrong.The person on the phon whom took my order was very rude😡😤😵😕...what more can I say.Dont know why I dealt with this 3+xz..GUESS IT IS THE QUALITY OF THE PIZZA 🍕👌But as i stated before,they lost my buisness ,my famalies buisness a d word of mouth to cou less of other potential customers....SMH...BUT I GUESS THEY COULD CARE LESS...I DID CONTACT THEM AND LET THEM KNOW OF MY DISSATISFACTION BUT NOTHING WAS DONE TO MAKE AMENDS OR ANY ATTEMPT TO RIGHT THEIR WRONGS WERE...

I just got off the phone with a disrespectful and rude manager. I ordered food last night that came an hour and a half late. On top of this, I was missing an entire dinner from my order and was told that they would have to charge me a $10 inconvenience fee for a driver to bring out my original correct order. I called management today, and the lady was rude and disrespectful. After telling me the food was cold because we are in the winter season and should expect nothing less than cold food, she became upset and said that she was busy and didn't have time to listen to me complain. They've lost a customer for life, which presumably shouldn't be much longer due to their horrible all-around service. With these shady tactics, I fully suspect they will be out of business...
