Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hartford

It's a clean establishment. Love the frozen coffees (previously known as coffee coolatas). However, I have been to this particular place four times. The last three have been slow. Today I waited for 10 minutes. There were only two people that I saw behind the counter. The one at the cash register was slow and chatted with the customers in front of me as she knew them. There were people in line behind me. When I got to my turn at the register, she went off and did other things instead of tending to me leaving me standing and waiting. I wound up leaving without ordering anything because I can't stand for that long. Not impressed. Hard to get out of even turning right. I wind up crossing the double yellow line every time. Not safe at all. That should be taken care of ASAP.

7/6/19 Downgraded to 1 star. This is so the first time here since my last visit where I had the bad inside service. I went through the drive-thru. Fully staffed. I ordered my drink, paid at the window, then the guy walked off without giving me my coffee! I sat for a good bit until they had the order for the car behind me. I told the girl I never got my coffee. She nearly gave me the wrong thing. I eventually got my coffee but not the size I ordered. I will NEVER come to this location again. I will go to West...

This Dunkin in White River Junction, VT sucks! The food & coffee are fine. Basically the same as any other Dunkin. It’s the service. I had to work in the area for a couple of weeks & during that period I made Mobile orders several times & it was always the same type of service. I will give you today’s example. I ordered off the mobile app 5-10 mins before I was going to arrive. I go in. There are other mobile app orders at the pick up counter. I watch the drive-through continually move forward getting their orders. I watch the people who ordered inside get their orders. I see orders get placed on the pick up counter. Mine is not one of them. I finally move up closer to inquire about my order and it’s all there sitting behind the counter, out of view, and was never placed out on the pick up counter for me to retrieve. Who knows how long it was there because I was definitely waiting for 10 minutes easily , thinking it was the food portion that was taking so long. Do better, this is ridiculous. Luckily, I don’t ever have to go to this...

Ordered a side dish and a coffee and waited over 20 minutes to receive my food. The coffee I received, overall was pretty good. I did clarify if my food was on its way and then the lady behind the counter started to yell at me that she was doing the best that she could by herself. I clarified that I was not trying to stress her out but that I did have people waiting for me and at this point I didn’t really even want them anymore if they were going to take much longer. She yelled at me again and then by the time I did receive my food, it was cold anyway. I also heard two customers in front of me say that they had their drinks made wrong and ask if they could be made correctly for them. She said she would get it right the next time and tried to get out of it anyway she could. The man that was my cashier also told me that they didn’t have what I ordered even though it was on the menu and then when I pointed that out he gave me another option. And someone else behind the counter pointed out that it was right in front of him...
