Arby's — Restaurant in Hartland Township

I go here 2, 3, 4 times a month for the last 7 months since starting work at a new location. Customer service is very good here I do have to say and most times the food is great. A couple times my French dip looked like it had the amount of roast beef that should come on a slider. Having said that, they still have not opened the lobby for dine in customers, which sucks. Then it seems half the time I go here they have no horsey sauce. They really need to tell people before they order they are out. To me any of the of their products just don't taste right without it. I put it on chicken bacon swiss, I put it on French dip, Buffalo chicken sandwich, beef and cheddar, whatever I may order. Having my younger brother work at Arby’s has really opened my eyes to how much hard work and stress the employees go through, often for near minimum wage. It’s honestly impressive how resilient they are while still serving you a great Roast Beef Classic with a smile. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is always top-notch.

So disappointing Arby's stopped the potato cakes. Messaged someone to inform them and ironically they'd already been to another store to hear the same news earlier in the day. Lol.

We were over an hour from home late in day and eating on the run while looking at homes and they went back and forth on whether or not they could cut our sandwiches to make it easier to eat in the car. In the end, sadly, they could not. Then it was dripping and had been wrapped with some smeared on the outside making extra messy to drive and eat.
