Don't order delivery through their online app. If you have an issue and you call the number provided (the Hartland location), the associate will tell you it's doordash's fault, call them. The associate will then hang up on you when you try to explain that you don't have a doordash account and you're calling the number provided. I called back 8 more times after being hung up on, they screened my call but eventually answered. I simply asked for the associates name to file a complaint and was told that policy dictates not giving out other employees information. I requested a manager, heard her asking someone inthe room who told her no. They told me there was no MOD and if I wanted to fix this I could pick up my own food its not their fault. This associate wouldn't give me her name either. Tropical Smoothie's site doesn't enable me to find a solution or get a refund either. Don't ever order...

Yes, the last two times I’ve been to tropical smoothie in two different towns. Both places told me they no longer carry the plant-based chicken. I’m very disappointed by that. It was one of the few places that I could eat while traveling. Both places told me that it was not selling enough, but it would probably sell more if it was actually listed as an option on the menu. All there is as a tiny blurb that talks about the calorie difference, but it doesn’t list it as an option. You’re more likely to sell things if you advertise them. I was picking up my order yesterday, 5/8/23, after a very long & stressful work day. I went to grab my bag from the pickup area, thinking I could clear the BLUEBERRY smoothie. Nope! Sploosh!!, ALL over the floor. It was about 3pm, & I didn't get their names, but the 2 young ladies & the young gentleman working at the Hartland location were AWESOME! I felt horrible making a mess, splashing blueberry smoothie on a fellow patron's white shoes, but the patron had an amazing attitude as well.
