Phoenix Restaurant — Restaurant in Hartland

My husband has never been so embarrassed in his life after going to the Phoenix tonight. We came in and had one drink that we paid for with $20 cash. We then left the remainder for a tip for Bill the owner and bartender. Once we left Bill proceeded to run after my husband out the door and demand that we pay our tab. My husband, being the person he is, went back in and paid a bogus tab. I tried to call and clear up what had happened, but Bill/owner refused to discuss the issue at the time of my call. We are frequent customers at this establishment so believe me this is not a complaint I file lightly. We had an appointment in the area and since we were early, we decided to stop for lunch and a beer.
