Board & Brush Creative Studio - Hartland — Attraction in Hartland

After much begging, i finally conceded to going to Board n Brush with a family member that had been asking me repeatedly to go - for two years! I had zero interest in this whole concept. But open your mind to new experiences! THIS WAS A BLAST! You pre choose your design when you sign up for your night (and prepay as well) and once you arrive, your designed board is waiting for you. With all the tools and paints and stains and waxes you need to create a gorgeous item that will last and last. Drinks are available (ahem, adult drinks), and music videos play overhead. The comradery is contagious. This is really a great time. Its probably not something you would attend over and over and over again, (although it was the fourth time my friend had gone) but I cannot describe what a great night it was. B&B is such a unique and fun experience for friends or a date activity! Going into this, I thought this may be a waste of money, I own a Cricuit and can essentially create similar projects at home for “free”. My assumption was completely incorrect! Board & Brush has changed so much over the years. They’ve added creative projects/experiences and I feel like they’re trying to change with the times and keep things fresh, but there have been changes over the years that haven’t been as positive. I’ve had many bad experiences since they changed management a few years ago and I keep hoping things will get better, but with a manager that truly doesn’t bend on anything and will argue her point endlessly, why bother?
