Burger King — Restaurant in Hartsville

Stopped here on my truck route, (9/21/25 @3:45). Young lady working front register (brown skin/glasses, and braids), for some reason didn't say a word. Just stepped to the register and looked at me. So I stood there until she finally said go ahead with order. When I worked at these types of restaurants we had to greet people,etc. I didn't like the atmosphere either. I guess she was having a bad day. Well I don't recommend this place to anyone that's from out of town. Cause this places dont make u feel welcome and I don't remember ordering a side of nasty attitude!! Hope she finds a real job soon. Take your hard earned $ elsewhere. Burger was under cooked, middle of the beef patty still pink, my sisters was under cooked as well. However the young lady taking our order was extremely nice, with a welcoming smile and recommended the deal they had going on, saving us a few dollars. Service was fast, restaurant was super clean, even the beverage area was clean and well stocked. So our burgers being a little under cooked isn't reason enough to not recommend, or not go back because the overall experience was really enjoyable. Was driving to another state to have dinner and spend the weekend so didn't want to be starving upon arrival but the long drive required me to at least eat something small. I ordered a children's meal hamburger and fries. I asked for extra ketchup on the burger and they did not disappoint. It was delicious. The fries however tasted off. Don't know why but there was a slight sweetness to them that I didn't like. Fries should be salty and taste like potatoes. I'm thinking that the grease the fries were cooked in had been used to perhaps fry something sweet as well during the day (?) maybe a French toast...
