Service was terrible. Cashier had side bar conversations going with the SManager (Tomeka) and a couple of friends that were customers, yet she made me repeat my order several times. Must be a great place to work because they were having a great time. Since the cashier didn't pay attention, she gave my girlfriend a normal beverage cup, instead of a coffee cup as ordered. Finally, got the coffee cup, only to find out that the coffee pot in the lobby was empty. Took the cup to Tomeka, the manager, and after interrupting her conversation about getting tax money, she rolled her eyes and all but snatched the cup in order to get coffee from the behind the counter coffee pot. Guess what? It was empty too! How do you not have coffee on a Sunday at 1030am?? How do you have trash stacked up on the inside of the back door (5ft tall)??? How do you have people that still haven't received their food (I ate dine in and there were 3 people that were waiting the whole time)?? Why did one of the young men from the back come out to the lobby, sit down, and talk on his phone to his homeboy, with his flour covered apron?? Why? Because of poor management. Today Tomeka wins that prize. Someone above the store level needs to stop by and check out this circus before it's too far gone. Get it...
Read moreI went to Bojangles in Hartsville today around 2:50 p.m.. I placed my order and the cashier told me it's a 12 minute wait. I said fine proceeded in line to pay. I pulled in the parking lot and waited with the other 3 cars. While waiting a woman I took to be a manager pulled up with supplies and on her way inside asked me what I was waiting on. I told her and pulled up in the handicap spot once one of the customers left. Several cars that came after me received their order left when the cashier in drive thru asked me did I get my order yet. I told her no and she closed the window back. This was around 3:15 p.m.. I waited another 14 minutes before my order was brought out. After leaving I checked my bag to find I had a dirty rice in place of one of my fries. I get home to check the rest of my order and find chicken smashing the biscuits in one of the boxes and I never got my receipt. No apology for the wait at all and then the fire were almost cold. Read moreTrying to go through this drive through is a nightmare at this Bojangles, and it’s not the first time. Ordering chicken wings at a chicken place should not be that difficult. But as they asked my husband to pull over, he watched a number of cars come and go. Then, they couldn’t refund the money because he paid with a debit card and gave him no receipt. I called inside and asked to speak to a manager. The girl on the phone said she was a manager but did not identify herself. She said, “There are a bunch of managers.” I asked for our money back and let her know that we would not be stopping there again which seemed to not even phase her. If they would do less chatting and more working, maybe they would notice they are low on chicken at the place where they only serve chicken. I would not eat this food now if they gave it to us because of the lack of integrity of the people who work there. Someone needs to train the managers about customer service. ...
