Hardee’s — Restaurant in Hartsville

I wish i could leave less than 1 star. Pulled up Sunday Oct 23 at 7:30 pm. Orderd a number 4 and a 3 piece tender and 2 milkshakes. All that woman on the radio knew how to say was, "is that all". After repeating it for the 4th time even tho I did want more food I decided to let that actually be all. Then with no total told me to pull forward. Told me the total at the window. Then after waiting a few minutes asks me to pull forward. After I watched 20 minutes of a episode of good doctor while I waited. They brought be my food then asked me what other drinks did I have. Walked back out and said, "we only have large cups so", and left. My orders was the wrong size, I would have gotten large of everything but I was never asked that. I had no sauce for my tenders, but I was also never asked which one I wanted. And my milkshakes look half full in the cup when I finally got them. The food was all cold and the burger was a smashed looking thing that didn't even come with everything it should have. And, of course, they wouldn't care about how I'm supposed to carry 2 large drinks and 2 milkshakes while I'm driving because i do not have 4 cup holders in my car. Bottom line is I wasted almost 30 dollars on food and got almost nothing I wanted. I will definitely not be returning. Oh and to the owner that response with the same generic copy and past message, I will not waste more of my time going out of my way to tell you how your store is trash. I hope someone else gets it and makes it better, or it just closes. I'll continue to tell anyone I know as well to not waste there money at your "business". Have a nice night. I have visited this hardees alot this year getting breakfast on my way to work in the mornings.The only reason I'm even reviewing is because I'm just disgusted with the attitude the girl taking drive through orders has when you try explaining why you pulled to the drive throug window after waiting an unusually long time after the recorded message finishes for someone to acknowledge you over the speaker You have to wait until you either decide to drive away or pull up to the window and she already knows your order." so she heard me say it after the recorded message says " can I take your order?"This has happened a few times and when I politely asked her there something wrong with the speaker you get a dead stare and no words from the girl.Ive politely gave benefit of doubt as to why so many times and got same dead glare that I don't know if it's worth the effort anymore I don't have alot of time to waste in the morning I've seen cars leave the drive through I've even left several times afraid of being late for work. I have trust issues with the food now because of how she glares at me when I ask for something or tell her how long I wasted waiting for acknowledgement at the speaker She also seems to passive aggressively not put spoon or fork or anything you should get in the bag. I give up you can't get good service at most places...

My husband went by to get breakfast to bring me at work in Lamar (15 mins away). He ordered a BEC combo w/Lg sweet tea. And 2 pork chop biscuits light gravy. When he got the order in the bag was 3 biscuits and in the correct wrapping and one hash rounds. So he came to my job and when I opened the bag I noticed the bec biscuit looked kind of big and that’s because it was a sausage and egg biscuit. Then my husband’s pork chop biscuits with light gravy, try NO gravy!!! So I called and spoke to the manager in which she apologized and asked me what was my order and that she would replace the entire meal anytime I’m ready to come get it. She took my name. Then the next morning my husband went to get breakfast for us to bring me to work and they had no idea what we he was talking about. So he called me and the person I spoke with said yeah what were you missing I then told her my order and she said ok but what didn’t you get I told her what they messed up and when my husband got to my job he only had 3 biscuits. I’m like she told me she was going to replace the entire order. He said that this is all she gave me. The first time I had old cold hash rounds and tea then the next day I just a hard bec biscuit.
