Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hartsville

Dine in wasn't open because they were short staffed but had teenagers I assume and a couple workers playing in and out the back door. No sign on door or anything letting customers know dine in is closed for that night and I seen plenty of employees also one even in the dine in folding boxes I don't see where they were short staffed by no means and playing around going in and out and grabbing stuff someone left for you on the thing to the left beside the back door and this and that ain't to short staffed pizza was okay maybe 🤔 wasn't fully done in the middle sad thing it was a thin medium 2 topping it would've been dark dark brown and hard no doughy like towards the middle and it was white the thin chruat wasnt even tan I should've took a picture wasn't thinking was amazed how they had any business at all! I had to sit at the drive thru when I simply could've walked in and out so much quicker than adding to the drive thru line let the pizzas go all the way through the oven guys regardless let them have that 7- 8 min especially the pan crust. Myself and 3 other couples all tried to go inside not one person in there even attempted to say we aren't open for dine in not a thing didn't even look at the door cause besides the boxes only one working was the woman at the drive thru no gloves masks I didn't even see a hair net I seen a hat on I think one of ems head. I'll have to double check with who I was with to see which one had her hat one. I seen so many big no nos just from outside in a car mainly maybe it's a good thing I didn't go in y'all would've def failed inspection step it up guys!! I ordered one size of pizza and they call me and said they were out of that size so I went up a size even though I didn't need it. They contacted me after it was time for me to pull in the parking lot. I waited the 15 minutes. They told me it would take to make the new pizza and when I got to the window. The pizza was not even hot and I ask for a drink and they gave me a bottle drink that was hot as well and I had to ask for the ice. They should have taken the initiative to give me ice and explain why. So when I Got the Cup Of ice she said That they were out of lids as well and the whole time there was a smirk on the face or an attitude of not wanting to be there. Or having to work. This reflects on the business. M makes a customer not want to return to the facility. At least creature customers with a smile and say welcome to Pizza Hut. Can I take your order or welcome to Pizza Hut? Did you have a call in and do it with a smile because that makes the attitude change? Everybody has a bad long day at work and nobody wants to work. But the people you are serving does not need to see that it does not need to carry through to the customer and a customer should never have to ask for napkins, ice, straws etc. Know your order and product a give...

My husband was in the hospital and decided to order a pizza on 1-26-2021. He ordered the pizza from the Hartsville, SC Pizza Hut off the app. My husband waited for a LONG while on his pizza, No pizza, no call or anything. My husband noticed how late it was getting so he decided to call and was informed he would not be getting his pizza because the delivery driver's car was stolen with his food inside. Pizza Hut manager or employee's did not even have the common courtesy to call him and let him know. If he would have known I could have taken him something when I got off work or had some one else take him something to eat. Trying to get his money back for that pizza was very difficult too. It is extremely hard to get in contact with someone from the Hartsville store. Apparently now when you call a store number it connects you to a customer service line, then they connect you to a store. We could always get an answer from the Cheraw store but never the Hartsville store. My husband tried calling for a week or more. Needless to say he had to go into the Hartsville, SC Pizza Hut in order to receive his refund for the "stolen pizza". I doubt very seriously we will be returning to Pizza Hut, which is very sad.
