Subway — Restaurant in Hartsville

I'm a very understanding person and not one to complain. With that being my review is to hopefully improve service in the future. I don't have any complaints regarding the food. My issue is the service. Some days it's good and some days it's not as in when it comes to who is fixing the food. It seems to be an issue when asked to cut up ingredients specifically in a salad. I'm a customer that doesn't mind waiting a little extra especially if that means my food/order is going to be made right and how I want it and NOT Rushed. People under they have to wait it's okay. I did not like how my food was made today and when asked to cut up certain things it seemed to be a problem. When I came in it was only the one person in front of me. If everyone (employees) wasn't in the back when I came in then maybe my experience could have been better. Once 2 other customers came in after me which still wasn't enough to rush or not want to prepare my food how I'm asking maybe that would have been a different outcome. The Kid's subs are supposed to be 4" long, but the one I got was just barely over 2". I mentioned that to the girl behind the counter, but she ignored me, finished wrapping the sub, and told me the price. There was also a soda spill that hadn't been cleaned up with just a wet floor sign out. They were in the back dancing when I walked in, so really, they weren't too busy to clean...

This place needs to be completely restaffed and given a thorough scrub down. Too many people playing around and not cleaning, stocking, or helping customers. Between the loud, vulgar lyrics coming from the music blaring in the back room, to the staff walking around playing and not cleaning up the filth, these guys are one visit from DHEC or corporate away from the...
