Only giving one star because you have to rate it something!!!!!! absolutely disappointed because we have never had an issue with this location before this and because of this we don’t plan on coming back anytime soon !!! Your employees gave our order to the car infront of us, when they brought the food back in cause it was wrong instead of throwing that food away (mainly because we are in a pandemic) they gave it to us anyway!! It had empty straw wrappers and everything in the bag. We very politely asked for it to be remade, and as a safety measure to make sure I smeared a little bit of wing sauce in the bag to make sure it was remade. They asked us to pull up and that they would remake it for us, we pulled up and didn’t even have time to put our car in park before they brought out the same bag we handed back through the window passing it off like it was remade!! !! This is absolutely disgusting and so unsanitary!!! And not to mention the employees were really rude when we nicely asked that it be remade!!! Will definitely not be coming back anytime soon and will definitely not recommend this location...

Me and my roommate made a order yesterday. I ordered the Zack snak meal, and my roommate ordered the Plate meal with extra fries. After we got home yesterday we called them to let them know that they messed up the order because they never pit in extra fries. They ended up giving us two Zack sneak meals. Instead of what we originally ordered. So we whent back today and turns out the person whom we spoke to the phone yesterday never put us on the list to get our correct order. So I had to sit thier and talk to the manager about. The entire time he wanted argue with me about how they do thier extra fries when I told him that yesterday they gave us the regular amout. I should of token pickturs on what they gave us and show him proof that they did our order wrong.

My review from yesterday being removed further proves the Hartsville, SC location does not care for feedback. Customer service is clearly a joke to them! They will repeatedly get your order wrong, overcharge you and refer to you as a “lying B!tch” when confronted about these inconveniences. Lakeah (the manager at the window with the looney tunes sweatshirt) confirmed the little girl Alexis that took my order did in fact roll her eyes and accuse me of lying but claimed the very loud “b!tch” part of that complaint was about someone else. They ALL thought it was HILARIOUS to screw up, blame the guest, and make them wait while degrading them with lies and profanity.
