KFC — Restaurant in Hartville

2pm on Friday afternoon. About 10 cars in pick up window line. We went in, only 3 people inside. Order placed immediately, no line. Waiting and waiting and waiting. Trying to be patient watching order after order after order go out the pick up window. After 20 minutes I told the girl at the register I just wanted my money back. She took the receipt to ask the manager. While I'm still waiting I asked a kid in back why its taking so long and he said they only have one line open. So apparently they do the whole drive thru line before filling counter orders. I saw the cashier with the manager and I said, I just want to get the money back. She (manager) totally ignored me. And the cook put the bag of food on the counter and walked away. Very very bad service. Poor management in under staffed situation. Instead of causing a scene in the restaurant I figured the power of an Internet review would be more powerful. Advice: don't go if you want fast food or...

Awful experience tonight. To go order, waited 15 min. Ordered a $20.00 fill up... Got home, order was wrong. Called them. We were told WE WOULD HAVE TO BRING THE CHICKEN BACK, to replace or get a credit. Seriously? We stopped there because we were in a hurry. We looked at the chicken, VERY GREASY. We were regular customers, ate there 3 times a month. Advice, DO NOT GO THERE WITHIN an hour of closing, horrible food, horrible service. Bad Policy....return the food? What, gotta pay for your new renovations? You, my friend just lost a customer. Amanda the manager was of no help at all. I insisted on leaving my name & number so her DM and day manager will call me. Food was horrible and expensive. Gave us the wrong order. It was cold and looks like it had been there all day. By the time I opened it we were already in Green. I called, I was polite told them what happened. A young girl took my info she said come up anytime and get your refund. I went in to get my refund and the manager told me there was no report of it. He couldn’t find the info anywhere in the office and he can’t do anything about it. I’ve had Taco Bell from there before and it’s horrible as well. If you want good Taco Bell go to Green. They have the best Taco Bell it’s clean and the employees are polite. Never order food from this KFC/Taco Bell in Hartville. It’s always horrible and customer...
