Wendy's — Restaurant in Hartville

Let me save you from coming here. This is the absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. This Wendy’s has actually ended my time going to the entire franchise because I cannot trust them.

28.00 dollars exactly. That’s not a lot of money; but for fast food it sure as hell is. Two large baconator combos, cheeseburger kids meal, an extra cheeseburger, three cups of cheese sauce. Simple order. Unless you get home to find TWO BURNT (black and about the size of a thumbnail) pieces of bacon on the BACONATOR.

Who the hell makes that and thinks it is okay? What kind of manager allows this to exit their window? It had been half an hour after it opened. So you’re telling me they didn’t have fresh bacon? I get it, I’m buying fast food. But this is unacceptable.

Corporate doesn’t do anything. I complained (first time I ever complained to corporate) and nothing came of it. They wanted a callback number. Where is my callback? You can’t get money back from the location and if corporate won’t help, then to hell with the entire franchise. You got new recipes, made them cheap, and then got too big. Went to eat after visiting Hartville Thrift Store. Immediately upon walking in, my daughter almost tripped from an uneven carpet. I caught her. My husband ordered from the app. The store was dead, aside from 1 other customer. Our food took forever to be done and was bagged and taped up, even though we had selected dine in. No big deal there, we opened the bags. However, the food was awful! The fries were darkish brown and tasted like super old oil. The burgers were dry & cold, there was no ice and the drinks were super flat. We didn’t even eat the food, I should’ve asked for a refund but I’m too nice. Atmosphere wise, there was the raised up carpet that was a tripping hazard and my seat was super wobbly. I went to the bathroom before we left. No toilet paper. I had to have my daughter help me out. Trash was overflowing with paper towels and there was slippery water all over the floor from a leaky pipe under the sink. It was extremely slow. So zero excuse for how the food was or how the store looked. We normally stay in Louisville and eat at their Wendy’s, but decided to try somewhere else. Huge mistake. We will stick with...

I used to love this location,fries were always fresh and my Baconator had bacon to live up to it's name...Well,that changed for some reason...I gave it two more tries and now it's 3x a charm and I'm done with this location. Update 5 years since recent review. i stop and order a BACONATOR....ITS 2 PATTIES RIGHT? RIGHT! I get home 4 minutes away and fries are cold. My sandwich is very light and discovered it's just a regular little bacon burger with one bacon strip in half. I drive back and the dining room is closed just before 6pm. I wait in drive thru and get to the window and the KID argued and said I need to order a double meat baconator to get 2 patties....I told him I know what a baconator is because it's been out probably longer than he's been alive and I get it at a minimum of 2x a month but not Hartville location anymore, they ruined my loyalty but tonight was a last minute thing and the only other option in town basically is McDs. for fast food. And I really wanted that Baconator. This drew the line. I'm done. Look at all these reviews for this location and see for yourselves and agree they might as well close...
