Hmm, where to start... let’s start with one or two of the managers. Name tags read lucy and Tiffany.

Tiffany must get a real kick out of bossing her employees around like dogs... while she stands and does well.. just that.

Lucy, she was ignoring an employee, wouldn’t listen to her, walked off and left her to deal with the drive through people by herself, as well as bagging their food. This is about the 20th time I have come in and seen her doing this, probably about the 10th time I’ve ask for a manager, specifically her, and she was NOWHERE to be found. I’m a narcotics officer, and if they can’t notice that she is on drugs, then then must be blind, I mean come on, Dilated pupils, twitching, spastic behavior, talking to herself, disappearing behind the dumpsters every so often. OPEN YOUR EYES PEOPLE. Pathetic how they let these managers get away with treating their employees like absolute dirt.

SLOW SLOW SLOW ON GAME DAYSWITH LIMITED PEOPLE. Honestly who’s idea was it to have only 3 people in the front area..?

Don’t get me started on the rude high school kids that have something better to do than give proper customer service.

So if you’re up to seeing managers bully and belittle their employees while waiting in line for 15 minutes to eat okay food afterwards, then this is the Mcdonalds you should go to!

Always busy and I understand they may work under pressure, but today was unacceptable. Drive thru was long and when i finally got to the window, the cashier asked to take my order.. it never showed up on the screen, but she gave me a total without confirming.. I asked her to repeat my order because it was special made.. she repeated with an attitude.. Got to the window and paid, no problem.. drove to window 2 for pickup and I checked my cooked to order to verify and the fries appeared over cooked.. I tasted and they were hard and tasted over cooked.. I told the young made I wanted fresh fries because of how they tasted.. Manager named Todd handed more fries out the window without bagging them and his hands covering my fries that I said appeared to be over cooked as well,,, All he said was, “ they are not over cooked because they are on the right temperature.. he never apologized , just appeared to brush me off, so I asked his name as he took the previous order back across the window.. Hartwell Ga McDonalds is the worst fast food restaurant in this state!! MANAGEMENT is lacking every requirement needed to even be a manager!! If your education level is greater than the 3rd grade, don't apply, you are over educated for the job!! The WOKE thing that took my payment at the window scared any appetite I had away!! Still not sure if that was even human!! The food is terrible due to a 20+ minute wait so you can get a cold fresh meal! The long wait time must be due to the person or thing putting the burgers together, has to get back from the 60 MPH in the back of a truck ride that must be the process of making your order because there was more condiments and toppings all over the bag and sandwich box than on the burger!! A simple gesture of placing more than none, napkins in your bag fits that education requirement perfectly!! Shut the doors and knock the building down!! Build a restaurant worth having in Hartwell!!
