Jones'n Bagels — Restaurant in Hatboro

I ordered online and arrived at the specified pickup time ~20 minutes after placing my order. I proceeded to wait another 25 minutes in their lobby for three breakfast sandwiches. There were many others waiting on food and receiving incorrect orders. The sandwiches wound up being yummy, but I won’t be back until they work out their service. I unfortunately don’t have that much time to wait around for 3 easy sandwiches that were equivalent to the ones ready to go at Wawa. Thankfully I was off work that day. The manager was completely overwhelmed and didn’t know how to manage her staff and was actively avoiding talking to annoyed customers. No one seemed to be working efficiently together and there were a lot of things being burnt. There were about 5 people working in the kitchen but it seemed difficult to complete one full order in a timely manner. I really want to like this place and hope they can...

I was excited to see that there was a new bagel place in town that I’ve never been to, but was pretty disappointed when I got there. The person at the counter didn’t seem to know what they were doing at all, but was still nice. I got a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. The bacon had an awful flavor and there was literally just one fried egg on it, so thin. The bagel itself was very soft, even tho I asked for it toasted. I got a half dozen bagels and jalapeño cream cheese, the cream cheese was basically plain with very little jalapeño pieces thrown in. Also, got an iced coffee and wasn’t filled up all the way. Came today to order two breakfast sandwiches - after waiting 45m i asked on the status of my order as multiple people who came in before me got their items. I understand 100% things can be busy, but the person i spoke to was extremely rude to me. She said there was no timetable on my order and i can just have my money back in an extremely rude manner. Not sure if she was having a bad day or overwhelmed but i was not happy with how i was spoken to. Also Seemed like online orders were being prioritized as opposed to those in the store. I did grab some loose bagels/cream cheese which were really good but i did get the refund on the breakfast sandwiches. Likely not coming back until I hear better experiences...
