I'm very particular about my food, the manager that opened the store that day was too casual for my liking. I drove up to place my order, and he was very, very short. The "uhmm, alright, okay" type of responses to pretty much get me out of the way it felt. Maybe they're short staffed and trying to prep all of the food, cool I get it, no worries. I ordered a hi-c drink and was given a super pale orange drink. I poked my straw in to take a sip, and it tasted like nothing but water. As a black person, I'm very mindful of how I react in situations like these, unfortunately. So I said, "Hey, I'm sorry, but this tastes like water." his response? "Hmm, I figured." and took it back. HUH? If you knew it was watered down, why the hell... ok, so now, at this point, this is holding up the line. I see a pickup truck behind me and possibly another vehicle, and I hate situations like these. Everyone is out of view trying to figure out the fountain machine, etc. He comes back with a full drink without a lid. Lifting it high up in the air, comparing it to the previous drink... having side conversations, fulfilling orders on the mic while touching everything with his hands. Then he grabs a lid for my drink and asks me to try that one. My appetite is gone at that point, I sip and say "ehh..." because it still did not taste right. He mentioned that it's new syrup, etc. Never an apology. I respectfully drive off, take a bite out of my hashbrown, and it's stale! Good grief. Hard pass on...
   Read moreI ate there twice this week, on Tuesday morning 8/16/22 and Friday evening 8/19/22 and on both occasions I wanted to order from the counter instead of using the kiosk. Both times I was forced to wait over 5 minutes and treated rudely because of my preference of wanting to tell a counter person my order. Both times the gentleman that took my order was the manager and could not hold back his disgust in my preference of human interaction. Unless he is being forced by a superior to act this annoyed it is very unprofessional and this gentleman is running the place and acting this way infront of all the young adults working with him and following his bad examples. The reason for the one star review is totally for both interactions with this manager and if the end game is to belittle the customer for preferring to order from the counter. This gentleman has succeeded in his quest. Please get back to customer service, like this store was ran when Mr. Gabriel was in charge. He beamed with pride when I would see him in the store.    Read moreThe worst customer service, rude staff. We placed an order thru app but it was no sign where curbside was located. So we decided to come inside and get it ourselves. After being advised where the curbside pick up is I said ok, entered parking # and said we would wait in the car. The drive thru line cleared long time ago there were no cars in the line. After over 10 minutes nobody brought us our 2 sundaes. My husband walked in and saw our order melting and sitting on the counter. The lady denied pick up even though he was in and sent him to sit and wait in the car. And went back to supporting other clients while our order was just sitting there and my husband could look at it but not get it. 5 min later after inside interaction a girl with rude grimace silently handed order and left. No apology no nothing. I normally polite and say thank you always, but this time I did not want to thank anyone for such a terrible customer service. Please train your stuff be more...
