Absolutely terrible, I gave this Popeyes FOUR tries in one week, two drive-thru, one lobby, and one mobile order, and I can confidently say I’m done wasting my time here. Out of those visits, three times my order was taken by the same staff member, and every single time the experience was terrible.
Drive-thru: waited forever, only to be told my food wasn’t available at the moment I’ve to wait. Another time, I think her name is Alzeera. She literally told me to move out of the drive-thru window and wait in the parking lot because “they have a timer in the window and she can’t have me there.” Excuse me? That’s not my problem as a paying customer, that’s a management issue. And also she doesn’t listen when she takes the order, she just kept saying the same thing repeatedly, at least listen what customers had to say what they actually want.
Lobby: same careless service, missing items, cold fries. Mobile order? Supposed to be convenient, but I still had to wait around while they scrambled to even find my food. When I finally got it, there were no sauces (again) and the order was incomplete.
On top of all that, alzeera was flat-out rude every single time. No greeting, no apology, no basic courtesy — just an attitude that made it feel like I was bothering her by ordering food at her job.
It’s honestly a shame, because the food COULD be good if they got their act together. But between the rude service, constant mistakes, and ridiculous wait times, this location is not worth it. Four strikes in one...

You can tell that it is made fresh, and their biscuits and side dishes are great too. Unfortunately, they cranked up the prices on everything, but they have some paper coupons which really help out, but you can only use these coupons in person at the register, so online ordering ahead is not an option.
UPDATE Aug 2024: the food is still good and I've been eating lunch here often. Tables are often dirty, but the food is good. If you have the app on your phone, there are special deals which help with the pricing.
Well, I finally made it to the new Popeyes that opened a few weeks ago. It is located right next to McDonald's and is easy to get to from the Walmart parking lot. I installed the app and ordered from there and it was rather painless. The place was new and had a good amount of people working, so my food was ready as soon as I arrived. My table was dirty in the dining room, but everything else looked clean, since it is new. I had the blackened chicken tenders and they tasted good. I didn't know that they weren't breaded, but I still enjoyed them. The iced tea was good, as was the biscuit and mashed potatoes. Pricing is a bit higher than other fast food places, but not too bad. I will...
Read moreIf you want room temperature chicken, and things missing from your order: this is the place to go. This is the second time I have gotten lukewarm chicken and something missing from my order. The chicken tasted great as Popeyes is good for, but the chicken was MAYBE body temp. Food safety hazard if it's been sitting at that temp for an appreciable period of time. This order was the second instance of lukewarm chicken, and this order included a lack of a drink. Biscuit this order was room temp and hard on the outside, not unpleasant to eat, best described as like a perfect composition for a cookie, but not a hot and buttery biscuit. The only warm part of the meal was the potatoes, and those were only just barely pleasantly warm.
I didn't NEED the drink, but if I pay for it: I expect to get it. Drive thru was pleasant, but forgot food. Also couldn't figure out that Ben, and Benjamin, are the same name.
Big stain on Popeyes for me. Definitely go to another one. Once is a mistake, twice...
