I had one item that I wanted lettering on. I am usually a do it yourself type of person (meaning: cheap!) and had looked at the local craft stores for letters to put on a safety vest. I couldn't find anything I liked and ended up dropping my vest off at ASAP. They were super nice and though I asked for it to be done in 3 days, I got a call the next morning that it was ready! And they seemed quite busy so I was surprised and grateful. Then, I went to pick it up, tried to pay by credit card, but they only take cash for small orders. And told me I could take my item and stop by anytime to drop off the cash! I'm fortunate that I live near here, but if I were looking for a place to do printing, I'd choose them in a heartbeat. Very helpful and patient. I placed an order, first time so really not sure how to determine how many of each size I should select. Made my decision and placed the order. Then I was realizing everyone was asking for XLG. So I emailed and changed my order, no problem. Then I still did not seem to have enough of one size, so I emailed again and had to now order more shirts. My order was able to still be completed in time for when I needed them.
