Hardee’s — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

Ordered a Frisco burger that tasted really bad. It was dry. The meat looked & smelled gross. I told the employee at the register that I needed to order a cheeseburger because the Frisco burger tasted like the meat had gone bad. They didn't offer to refund or fix me another one so I had to spend even more money on food that wasn't good. If I would have had more time on my lunch break I wouldn't have bothered ordering any thing else from there & gone somewhere else. The cheeseburger was slightly better than the Frisco burger but it wasn't that good. Not all but some of the staff looked unclean that was cooking & handling the food. I had two orders that was placed in one bag with no tray. This made the dine in experience a little more unpleasant with nowhere to place our food except on the one bag. I asked for ketchup and mustard. I got one small thing of ketchup to go with two large fries and a pack of mayonnaise that I didn't need. I went back to get mustard. I have been to several Hardee's and have always thought the food was great but this location by far is one of the worst. Food was bad. Service was bad. Parking lot was so empty that I thought they were closed. After my lunch experience I knew why no one was in there eating. I spent $25 on two meals and an extra hamburger because my Frisco burger smelled, tasted & looked rotten. A refund would have been nice! I do not recommend this...

I eat breakfast and lunch on a regular so one evening I had my girlfriend to pick up some food the double cheeseburger special. I recieve it made completely wrong on top of meat were terrible couldn't bite and dried out fries wasn't fresh. So spoke with a manager Victoria she said bring receipt. Next day that evening around same time I decided to make good. So I go in explain and the new manager never ask what I wanted on them and just did them. Even the receipt were wrong it had mustard I listen to my daughter place it saying meat cheese ketchup only. The manager treated me so terribly until I wanted her wrote up. She was mad about making my sandwiches and got very mad about the fries and soda getting replaced for my terrible inconvenience. It got to point she was talking about me as if I wasn't sitting in the lobby. She talked about me to other workers while customers in the store. To the point we ended up having words. She have thee worse attitude customer super suck and it still bothers me because I have to go in. I've spent so many thousand of dollars...

Ordered the wraps which were horrible and a kids meal. Took 15 minutes from the time we paid to the time we got our food in the drive thru line, we were the only ones there. Noticed they forgot the toy in the kids meal so we sat there for another 5 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window after walking past it several times and looking right at us. When confronting about the toy being missing you can clearly tell by talking with the lady she is inebriated and not registering what I’m saying. “Ma’am we’re missing the toy in the kids meal” response “but I put the fries in there”. She gets the manager and the manager explains they’re out of toys, which with her attitude you could tell was a lie. Got home and the chicken wraps were cold, the lettuce was wilted to a dull yellow, and they were severely soggy. We live 5 minutes away. Everytime we try to give Hardee’s another chance it never fails to impress me how disappointing a “fast food”...
