Honestly a nightmare on the weekends. I've never had an accurate wait time, a pretty evident lack of organization and communication. Last night I went to pickup, and as I'm waiting in line I overhear the family in front of me just left another pizza place after having to wait over 45 minutes. Worried about another long wait, the mother asked the cashier if the kitchen staff was alone in the back. The cashier proceeded to use her finger to count the employees in front of the customer. They left. Then the next gentleman to be helped was told he had about 3 orders in front of him, so it would be about 20 minutes. Then, I was helped. She told me there were 3 orders in front of it too! Either he and I had the same order, they existed in a hyperspace where they could both be 4th in line, or the remaining option: this place has no idea how to run...

My family and I frequently visit Lost Pizza Co. every Sunday evening. Today will be the last day I ever spend money at this establishment! After placing my family’s order I chased after my 3 year old headed to the game area while my partner paid for our order. I was brought a Pitt boss hand toss with black olives. The lady that took our order served our food. When I told her I didn’t order the Pit Boss, that I ordered the Popeye Pizza thin crust she very rudely said no you ordered the Popeye. I simply shook my head not wanting to argue and said I would try it. I did not like it at all, I do not like tomato sauce hence me ordering the Popeye which has Alfredo! I was told the order was read back to us and I should have said something then. The staff there practically called me a liar while not once offering to correct...

My party of 6 came in for pizza and wings on 10/28. The customer service was very subpar to say the least. They were not busy. We weren't greeted when we walked in or anything. It was our first visit so we had to ask do we seat ourself/whats the process ect. I mean absolutely no direction. Now on to the food. The pizza was good but not worth the price. I ordered mild wings and my sister orded boneless honey BBQ. The wings doNOT look as advertised. They appear to have come out of a frozen tyson chicken bag that you can purchase from Walmart and look like they were ran through the over. Just disgusting especially for the price. They were definitely not handbreaded or tossed and appeared to just be a frozen wing. The pizza is overpriced but good. The wings are trash and dont look as advertised and the customer...
