I've never been able to actually eat here, and not for lack of trying. This is easily the worst "restaurant" in the city. Each time I've been here, I've had to wait for an extremely long time and have been treated horribly by the staff, never even getting the food I ordered. The last time I tried, what happened was so disgusting that I don't see how this place is still in business. I placed an order and was told to pull up in front of the door and they would bring it out to me. After waiting for 30 minutes, I walked up to the door to try and get their attention (not supposed to go inside because of COVID-19). What I saw inside was beyond belief. There was chicken all over the counter and tables, not even in boxes. Just pieces of fried chicken scattered around the counter tops and THEY WERE SERVING IT TO CUSTOMERS! Of course no one was wearing gloves, hairnets, of masks. They were just grabbing pieces of chicken and biscuits with their bare hands, putting them in to go boxes and serving it to customers. After they noticed me looking in the window, the employees starting screaming and cussing at me for "making their job harder". If you're going to be horrendously disgusting at least have the decency to be sorry about it. All of these women need to be fired and this place needs to be closed. For your own safety, never eat at this disgusting place. I'd give it fewer...
Read moreThe location is an absolute dumpster fire of terrible fast food service. My girlfriend placed an order several hours ahead of time for a Mother's Day get-together, and was told she could skip the line by going inside. She went to retrieve the food and the location is locked, so she called them to be told she has to get in the drive-thru line to get the food, which hasn't even been prepared yet.
Why bother allowing people to order online? Why is your building locked so close to lunch time? Why can't you get your act together with the drive-thru? The remodel obvious didn't help, but Chik-fil-a right down the street can get it done with 10X the business you get.
Now, because of your ineptitude at doing simple tasks, her family's get-together is sitting around, waiting for a meal that should have been ready hours ago. We had a similar issue pre-remodel, but old habits die hard I guess.
I sure hate her family requested Popeyes, because there are a ton of locations I'd much rather spend my hard-earned money...
Read moreThis Popeyes has really gone down hill. From the employees coming off rude and unprofessional to the quality of the food freshness and portion sizes. Popeyes prices have really gone up if I spend over 75 dollars each time I eat here I don't want to be told by an employee they don't feel like going out back to get honey cause they ran out on the inside, and then the manager didn't wanna go and was like we ain't got none so bye. I recommend the Popeyes on hwy 49 by Forrest General. They don't ration out they honey packs to like 4 and then say oh only give her 8 for the 16 piece. And they don't have select customers they be nice to based on color either like they nice to the white ones that come in but don't give that same service to the people of color. Let me even go into the scoop they gave for the single side just sad. When a small side is 2.29 before tax and u barely get a ice...
