They didn't give us all of our food. Period. We ordered quite a bit of food..and was even supposed to receive a free combo due to the amount. They gave us the free combo but left out one of our original combos requested. When I spoke to the manager about it, she admitted that there were only 3 combos in the bag when I picked it up. There were supposed to be 4. The owner would not give us our combo that was missing and wanted us to bring all of the food back to the restaurant so we could prove that we didn't have it. ???????? Well my daughters honey chicken was good until half way through then got tough and not edible. I ordered Mongolian beef but was served peppers and beef. When I took it back the man tried to convince me that’s how us Americans like it. I tried explaining to him if we Americans wanted peppers and beef we would order peppers and beef but I ordered Mongolian and the three main Ingredients was missing, brown sugar, ginger and soy. The chicken I ordered was very tough and the sauce was just poured over a little bit never mind cooked into it. Egg rolls were the best I have had so far. Timeliness: 1 star. Ordered online at 7:30. Estimated delivery was 8:15. Called at 8:30 to check on it, was told delivery was on its way, should be there in 10 minutes. At 9:00, no food yet. Tried calling again, but never got an answer. Left at 9:10 to go to restaurant. Arrived at 9:15, asking about my order. At that moment, got a text from wife that food was delivered, over an hour after the estimated delivery time, and 45 minutes after I was told it will be 10 minutes.

Speculated that delivery driver took a nap between restaurant and hotel.
