The Pullman — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

Where was everybody? After we showed up at lunch everyone left. 🤔 The beer was pretty good and the food was great! We got a recommendation from the table next to us to get the biscuits and fried chicken. We gor the biscuits with bacon jam, which were so soft and fresh, but a bit too salty on the top. We also got an order of corn ribs. Yum! But a bit messy. Whatever sauce was on them stained fingers. Finger licking good though. And then we shared some teriyaki pork sliders. I use to be a very loyal follower of Colludium. Love the old owners Dearly and was a little apprehensive coming to the Pullman. BUT! Kai and Sarah (spell check) are some of the best. Kai has such good vibes and conversation and Sarah can make a martini better than ANYONE in Hattiesburg (tried them all) I already love this establishment.
