Terribly bad experience at the Big Apple tonight. When I paid the bill I showed the clerk my Military ID card so I could enjoy the Military discount which I had received before and the clerk told me "we don't give a Military discount". I explained to her that I received one 2 weeks earlier and she again said there was no discount. I told her i would never be back to her store again if they can't offer a Military Discount and they are in a Military town. I also told her how my tip is always at least twice whatever the discount is so in this case it would have been $5 but I wasn't going to leave one. Minutes later she gave me an order that she said was mine but I knew it wasn't because it was 2 items and I only ordered 1 and I told her that so she took one of them back and apologized for the error. As I walked to the door I decided to open the box to confirm I had the correct item and not to my surprise it was still not my order. I returned the order to the clerk who again apologized. Minutes later they gave me the correct order and I advised 2 different clerks that they had given me the wrong box, and that I had opened it to inspect it, and it was no longer sanitary because of the possibility that my germs entered the box while it was opened and I had touched the food inside while checking it. I told them it was unsafe to serve that food to anyone else. When I left it was raining so i waited outside for about 2 minutes and during that time I observed a gentleman driving a gray Dodge truck enter the store and retrieve that same pizza and leave with it. I believe it to be the same pizza because there were only 2 pizzas ready when i picked up mine and they gave me both of them, and I gave them back...

In a rush trying to figure out dinner and what everyone wanted including my two young children I mistakenly ordered myself the wrong thing, and I didn’t realize until it was delivered and we were sitting down to eat. I wanted a chef salad and ordered a garden salad, so my salad was missing the meat part that I was craving so badly. Normally it wouldn’t be such a big problem but, I should mention now that I am pregnant with crazy hormones. I started crying because it wasn’t what I wanted. In desperation I called asking if they could just cut up some meat and I would drive out to pay and pick it up so I could add the meat to my salad. When I apologized for my crazy emotions and crying on the phone and told them I was pregnant they insisted that they bring me the salad I wanted free of charge and that they understood. They took my address and said they would be delivering it within a few minutes and not to drive out. I thanked them so much. Once off the phone I started crying again from happiness because these amazing people understood my emotions and pregnancy cravings and didn’t make me feel crazy. They arrived very quickly and hand delivered me my food with a smile on there face and told me congratulations on my pregnancy and also refused to take any money I offered. I came inside to eat. Unpacked my food and not only found an amazing salad but a huge piece of strawberry cheesecake. Read moreWe ordered from there tonight for delivery. Now don't get me wrong we order from there alot for delivery and never had any major issues. Never minded the hour or more wait for our delivery. Tonight we ordered very simple 3 swiss burger with jalapeños. I bit into half of my burger, Wayne asked me how it was it was just okay but absolutely no jalapeños. So wayne calls them. Lady asked cook and he told her yes he chopped them up and put on. She ask wsyne, well are they chopped up. I said nope there is nothing but meet, swiss cheese, mushrooms and bun. So my issue is when I asked to talk to the manager Bree she said they would send out a cup of jalapeños. I said thank you but no we have jalapeños here we ordered it with them on so they would be integrated in the fresh made burger. So now it would not be the same and not to mention it would be at least HOW MUCH LONGER! Then she said well we can make you new ones and when we get there give them the other ones, mind you I told her I ate half of one. She said yes. I said no not that I was not going to give them back so they can throw away but for me it was the integrity of cook and even manger. Admit your mistake. We order from your bistro alot and usually a very big order. So if you needed these back to CHECK if they had jalapeños on them, no they did not but thank you for refunding the $1.77 charge for the jalapeños you were suspose to put on that the cook remembered chopping and putting them on. That will be the last order we will EVER place with you. We have integrity. We don't need to lie about food...
