Honestly I’m a regular come to the drive in atleast 10 times a month. Today 5/31/19 my family and I come for dinner and I order a chicken club toaster on a bun with no mayo. Comes out with just tomato and lettuce but I was charged for cheese and bacon which don’t forget comes on the sandwich anyways. So I press the button young lady comes out I tell her what’s wrong and she acts like I’m the biggest inconvenience because I’m asking for the cheese and bacon that comes with the sandwich, she takes the sandwich that I left open for them to see thinking I’d get a new freshly made sandwich..... but ohhhhh no I get the same sandwich I sent back that they just slapped a piece of cheese on and rewrapped and sent it back to my truck. I got out my truck walk to the door ask to speak with the manger and she is just as rude and has nothing to say about them sending back out a sandwich that has already been touched by multiple hands(absolutely grosss) and then I asked for my money back after she said she could take the sandwich back in and put bacon on it like the chicken wasn’t already cold at this point... manger goes in gets the money and has another employee bring it out to me without my receipt or an apology so I ask the young girl to speak with the manger again and she just comes out and gives me my receipt and is about to walk back inside without any word spoken to me. So I stopped her and asked why they would even send out a sandwich that was sent back, instead of making a new one and that it was pretty gross and her employees as well as herself should be trained better than that and guess what she had nothing to say about it. Manager that doesn’t have an answer or a resolution isn’t a...
Read moreI visit Sonic(s) pretty regularly. Sitting at the one Havelock as I write this. When I was younger I worked as a carhop, it was always nice on the rare occasion when someone leaves a tip. That being said, whenever I have a little extra cash flow I like to tip my server decently. I'm not calling no one out, but the girl who served me tonight... Despite her seeming off put to have to bring out food, I went ahead and tipped. I NEVER expect a thank you, but this young lady concerns me. I gave her $50.00 for $7.46 order. Two 20s wrapped in a TEN and told her to keep the change and asked if she could grab some mayo for me. She brings back the mayo, then starts counting MY CHANGE saying, "your change will be $2.46!!!! REALLY?!? I let it go cause the tip is ALL in good intentions. My issue is her integrity and honesty. Which she has proven she has neither.... If she is like that over a tip , what does she do at the end of her shifts? God will handle her accordingly, that is for sure. Hope that as she grows she isn't as bitter toward folks and...
Read moreThis was disappointing. We came to get some food and waited 15 minutes for nothing. The person to the right of us was also waiting before us and then the person to the left of us was also waiting, and then they left. We pressed the red button twice thinking maybe it was broke. Then an employee came out and we asked about the button, and the employee said "yeah" and walked away. Then we waiting another 5 minutes and a car pulled up beside us and pressed the order button, and immediately was placing an order. So we left. The person to the left of us couldn't believe it either. And to be clear, there were only 3 cars there including ours the whole time, and one car that pulled up through the drive thru. Things happens, and maybe they didn't have cooks or something, but at least be courtious and act like you care...
