I came for a quick toddler treat and I left with my this being my new favorite place! Do not sleep on this place. Gluten free people, you need to come Here. Call first or better yet just order what you want. She had a gluten free flourless cake that I fainted eating. I got two pieces and they are gone. Done. It had a crunch thing on top and wow. Idk what it was but some would call it magic.

My partner had the tres leches cake and said it was one of the best they have ever had!!!

We got 6 cupcakes and so far every single ones has been eating with sheer joy!!!

I’ll be back Thursday for a gluten free treat surprise- something cheesecake parfait- cannoli magic. Idk but I’m counting down the moments to go back.

I kind of love that she’s not making a bunch of gluten free items just to be wasted because the need is not high enough here. So I’ll be in nearly every Thursday for my weekly treat and surprise. As someone with zero decision making ability. Just knowing I’ll have an option is enough for me. After that. Just make it delicious.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. I chose Carolina Cupcakes for my daughter's recent Quinceanera. We spoke with the owner, Brianne and showed her what we wanted. Brianne DELIVERED the best red velvet cake!!! It was so pretty and yummy! Everyone enjoyed it! Thank you! The event started at 6:00pm and the cake was there beforehand with instructions. Since it was a three tier, Brianne took the time to explain about the dowels. She is definitely not one that makes cakes, delivers and walks away. Brianne took the time to display her/our beautiful cake. She really cares about the presentation. Now, about her shop! Lots of yummy cupcakes and pup-cakes to choose from. So inviting and delicious!!! I am hooked on her brownies. In-so-much, that I hogged a huge portion from my family and got banned from going back to CC for a while. Not banned by Brianne, but by my husband-LOL!!! I've tried other brownies and by far, CC's brownies ARE THE BEST! Finally, my husband and daughter got to try a brownie. They see why I hogged it all. So moist and so tasty. Very addictive. My daughter loves the iced brownie and the red velvet cupcakes. If it's a birthday, wedding or anniversary cake you need, I highly recommend CC. I love this place! I don't think I've had a cupcake I didn't love. Freshly made daily. My top flavors are apple pie, sweet potato and carrot cake. The variety available daily at this small shop is truly amazing. In addition to the ever-changing, numerous cupcake flavors every day, they keep adding deliciousness like cookies (love the oatmeal), breads (husband loves the banana and pumpkin), banana pudding, brownies, whoopie-pies, macarons, and my all-time fave - strawberry shortcake. This summer, Hershey's Ice Cream was added to the mix. If it's sweet and delicious, this is the place to go.
